STRATEGY

Our Purpose: To impart knowledge and virtue, to represent and manifest all that the Kingdom of God is, and to bear witness that the Lordship of Jesus encompasses all of living and learning.

Our Vision: To see the earth filled with the knowledge of Jesus Christ and His church advance.

Our Goal: To become responsible sons of God, committed citizens of the Kingdom, and effective leaders of destiny, strategy and skill; accurately living and speaking the mind, will and purposes of God to our generation.

Our Plan:

1) To love the LORD our God and His Word with all our heart and to love others as our self. (Lk10:27, John 14:21)

2) Go into all the world and preach the gospel of the Kingdom to every creature. (Mk 16:15)

3) Educate, train and equip our selves for the advancement of the Kingdom of God.

4) Deploy godly strategies to conquer the spirit of ignorance, oppression, and neglect.

Our Prayer: That we be

1) a worship church;

2) a kingdom church;

3) a word church;

4) a blessed church;

5) a holy church;

6) a triumphant church.

OUR MEETINGS

Worship Meetings

Reasons for KLA's corporate worship meetings:

To present ourselves as building stones of a sanctuary vibrant with life and to corporately express our:

appreciation to God (1Thes 5:18),

confidence in God (Heb 11:6), and

joy in serving Him (Phil 4:4).

To receive an impartation of knowledge and virtue for edification (Rom 1:11; 2Cor 10:8; 2Cor 12:19)

To provoke one another unto love and to good works. (Heb 10:24)

Leadership / Management meetings

At KLA we believe that an effective meeting is one where the participants feel good about themselves and the team, willingly and openly share their ideas and concerns, work together constructively and positively and leave the meeting feeling fulfilled and glad to be part of the team.

Meeting Objective: To strive for high-class performance in all our activities through creative leadership, effective management and efficient administration, and be dedicated to the progressive spirit of excellence and change.
