STRATEGY

Our Purpose: To impart knowledge and virtue, to represent and manifest all that the Kingdom of God is, and to bear witness that the Lordship of Jesus encompasses all of living and learning.

Our Vision: To see the earth filled with the knowledge of Jesus Christ and His church advance.

Our Goal: To become responsible sons of God, committed citizens of the Kingdom, and effective leaders of destiny, strategy and skill; accurately living and speaking the mind, will and purposes of God to our generation.

Our Plan:

1) To love the LORD our God and His Word with all our heart and to love others as our self. (Lk10:27, John 14:21)

2) Go into all the world and preach the gospel of the Kingdom to every creature. (Mk 16:15)

3) Educate, train and equip our selves for the advancement of the Kingdom of God.

4) Deploy godly strategies to conquer the spirit of ignorance, oppression, and neglect.

Our Prayer: That we be

1) a worship church;

2) a kingdom church;

3) a word church;

4) a blessed church;

5) a holy church;

6) a triumphant church.

Leadership mandate of the church

1. TO DISCIPLE ALL NATIONS

And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: (Matthew 28:18-19 AV)

2. TO GO INTO ALL THE WORLD (i.e. geographically and into every area of living and learning) AND PREACH (proclaim and publish) THE GOSPEL (good news) TO EVERY CREATURE (red, black, white, brown, yellow)

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. (Mark 16:15 AV)

3. TO PREACH REPENTANCE AND REMISSION OF SINS IN HIS NAME AMONG ALL NATIONS

Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures, And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. And ye are witnesses of these things. And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high. (Luke 24:45-49 AV)

4. TO TEACH ALL MANKIND

So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs. He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep. He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep. (John 21:15-17 AV)

5. TO REPRESENT HIM AT HOME, IN YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD AND SOCIETY, NATIONALLY AND GLOBALLY

But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. (Acts 1:8 AV)

6. THE GREAT COMMISSION IS AN OPPORTUNITY FROM GOD FOR US TO FULFILL THE CREATION MANDATE

So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. (Genesis 1:27-28 AV)

The leadership mandate is to accomplish:
His purpose:	to establish His kingdom in the earth.
His vision:	for His people to become a world class leaders and represent Him effectively.
His goal:	for the world to be saved.
