STRATEGY

Our Purpose: To impart knowledge and virtue, to represent and manifest all that the Kingdom of God is, and to bear witness that the Lordship of Jesus encompasses all of living and learning.

Our Vision: To see the earth filled with the knowledge of Jesus Christ and His church advance.

Our Goal: To become responsible sons of God, committed citizens of the Kingdom, and effective leaders of destiny, strategy and skill; accurately living and speaking the mind, will and purposes of God to our generation.

Our Plan:

1)  To love the LORD our God and His Word with all our heart and to love others as our self. (Lk10:27, John 14:21)

2)  Go into all the world and preach the gospel of the Kingdom to every creature. (Mk 16:15)

3)  Educate, train and equip our selves for the advancement of the Kingdom of God.

 4)  Deploy godly strategies to conquer the spirit of ignorance, oppression, and neglect.

Our Prayer: That we be

1)  a worship church;

2)  a kingdom church;

3)  a word church;

4)  a blessed church;

5)  a holy church;

6)  a triumphant church.

ADMINISTRATION RESOURCES

Church constitution

The most important document that governs any congregation besides the Word of God is a church constitution. A church constitution is a declaration of your understanding of the Holy Scriptures, as to your doctrinal beliefs, form of church government, organisational structure and purposes as a body.

The founder of a new autonomous ministry, in writing the constitution (or founding document), should consider including the following in the constitution:

1.  Preamble (a simple introduction) to your founding document.
2.  Definitions (a statement of the meaning of a word/s that would appear in the founding document.)
3.  Name and Address of your ministry
4.  Founding statement.
5.  Your purpose / vision / goals
6.  Statement of belief.
7.  Membership conditions
8.  The church board / management - should include qualifications, their undertaking, responsibilities, rules and regulations, etc
9.  Removal of board or management member.
10.Corrective church discipline
11.Grievance procedures.
12.Source of church income.
13.Utilization of church funds.
14.The structure of your programs.
15.Trading activities
16.Autonomy
17.Meetings
18.Annual General Meetings.
19.Amendments to the constitution.
20.Voting
21.Dissolution

You are welcome to use the constitution of Kingdom Life Academy, as a guide to drawing up of your constitution or founding document.
